Leadership is a lifelong transforming journey in which you grow and mature. Soroptimists are women in professions and business who work together at local, national and international levels to educate, empower and enable women and girls to improve their lives. They believe in supporting women to reach influential positions in society.

What do we offer you?

Soroptimist BeNeLux developed a leadership & mentoring programme in which young ambitious women will discover and further develop their leadership talents. The programme is designed for women with a minimum of 2 years working experience in all sectors and professions of the society: Private, Social or Government. You will get the opportunity to grow as a person and interact with other participants to share experiences and learn from each other.

What can you expect?

An inspiring programme that combines physical workshops, online meetings and personal mentoring. The full programme has 3 building blocks and each block will touch different topics. After the 1st building block*, you can apply for  the follow-up program and the accessory mentoring. If you do, your mentor will be a woman with a proven track record who is passionate about sharing her knowledge and the lessons she learned.

*In case the full leadership & mentoring programme is too extensive for you, joining only the 1st block is an option.

Practical information

Duration of programme: 8 months

1st Building Block - Leadership foundation: 22 & 23 September 2023

2nd Building Block - Leadership encounter: 26 & 27 January 2024

3rd Building Block - Leadership and self-care: 14 & 15 June 2024

Cost: € 220,00 per building block, including:

• 2 full training days including lunch and breaks
• Dinner on the first night
• 1 overnight stay including breakfast
• Free mentoring programme 
• Expanded network of interesting women
• Time away from your busy life ;-)
